Well they had a small rally at the very end. The new guys were doing their job, playing hard, and not giving up. Youk got up to bat, on a full count and 2 outs, he hit a shot into deep center for a double, scoring JT and Pena. Loretta gets up to bat and singles to right center, sending Youk home. The score is 6-8, Big Papa gets up to bat, he can tie the game... On the first pitch, he flies out to right. He wanted it, he tried, but unfortunately it was an unsuccessful attempt. But I'll save that moment for when we are playing the Yankees...
Disappointing loss but we are still early in the season and working it out.
So tonight we have Seattle with Schilling pitching. Should be a better outcome. Go Sox!
